Metadata only
ReadyShift stores credential type, issuer, limited reference detail, declared dates, verification status and check timing. It does not store credential documents. Workers can declare AHPRA registration, NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check metadata.
Administrator review
Pending declarations enter the credential queue. An administrator checks the appropriate register or employer portal, then verifies or rejects the entry. A rejection includes a reason sent to the worker. A verified entry can show as a badge in employer search.
Expiry behaviour
Expiry metadata is visible in the worker and administrator interfaces. Expired credentials stop appearing as verified badges. Workers can update their declaration and request another review; employers should confirm currency at the time of engagement.
