1. Sign in and publish a real window
The first authenticated visit creates a worker profile. Enter a suburb, start and end time, then publish. Employers can discover only active future windows that match their search. Withdraw a window when plans change.
2. Declare credential metadata
Add AHPRA registration, NDIS Worker Screening or Working with Children Check details as applicable. The app accepts issuer, limited reference characters and expiry information. ReadyShift never asks the worker app to upload credential documents. Declared entries wait for administrator review.
3. Review offers
Broadcast offers appear in the worker app. Selecting Interested tells the employer you are open to a conversation; it is not a booking. A formal engagement offer shows employer-authored terms and an expiry time. Accepting confirms the booking, while declining leaves the employer free to approach another worker.
4. Record attendance and factual feedback
For a confirmed engagement, use check-in and check-out controls within the allowed time window. After an engagement ends, the app can record factual feedback about whether the shift was as described and whether payment was prompt.
