Getting started for employers

Create an organisation, complete verification, search availability and manage direct worker engagements.

1. Create your organisation

Sign in through the employer portal and enter the organisation name, ABN if available and service suburb. A new organisation begins in the verification queue. Marketplace search remains unavailable until a platform administrator has reviewed and activated it.

2. Prepare a useful search

Once access is active, search by role or skill, suburb, time window, radius and credential status. Results reflect availability workers have published. Verified credential badges show current metadata checks; employers remain responsible for identity, suitability, credential and engagement checks.

3. Broadcast or offer directly

An employer can describe an open shift and broadcast it to matching availability. Workers may express interest, which starts a direct conversation and does not reserve the shift. An employer can also make an engagement offer with clear terms. The worker accepts or declines before the offer expires.

4. Keep engagement evidence

Confirmed bookings show attendance facts and engagement status. Employer users can retrieve JSON or CSV evidence packs containing terms, credential-status snapshots, attendance and event history. ReadyShift does not hold credential documents or clinical records.
